Too much hassle
We’ve had this for a year. It cleans carpets and upholstery very well, floors/bare stairs not well.

Great little vacuum
I have 2 cats 1 Black and 1 gray and white. They shed their fur all over and I could never get it all cleaned up until I found this Dirt Devil.

Excellent tool
About a year ago I bought a Shark brand vacuum similar to this. It was cheaper and as the saying goes you get what you pay for.
