High Cost, Low Return
This is quite possibly the most over-hyped brand of vacuum cleaners out there. I have had this model for a bit over two years.

Don’t even want one for free.
A DC11 was offered to me gratis, so I gave it a whirl. I’d hoped the carpet head would work better than my Miele’s, which is also air powered, but the Dyson just wouldn’t pick up…

BUY THIS VACUUM
Although this might seem pricey, it’s worth every cent. The first time it was used the canister was filled from one room.

Avoid this machine, its attraction is pure marketing
We have owned this vacuum for about a year and a half and are completely frustrated by it.
First of all, it DOES have a filter, and it is small and clogs quickly…

Poor excuse for a vacuum
The cannister is difficult to maneuver- wheels do not rotate. Very clumsy with heavy wand. Suction is poorly on any carpet surface - even low pile.

BULKY — better off with an upwright
I happen to own both the upright and canister vac. I purchased the latter item with the intent of using it for quick clean ups and for the stairs. UGH!
